How can I convince my friend to dress more modestly?

Are you dating your friend? If you aren't, you can't really tell them how to dress. You seem upset that she wears makeup and jeans, there's really nothing wrong that. If it was more provocative, you would almost have a valid argument. Everyone has different fashion sense and taste, and you shouldn't be one to judge. Also, what does this have to do with quoting things from the bible?
