Just looks like to many tributes and discard costs. I don't see any drawpower that might lead to hand advantage, and if you want spell negation at all use magic drain instead of jammer. Today's yugioh decks are all about having hand advantage and a constant supply of cards and searching. Most people start with with a structure deck or something but this does look like a nice starters deck. Just try to move on to a deck that has some structure to it (dragunity, gravekeepers, spellcounter, frogs, etc).
