If Judge Vinson enjoins the implementation of the Health Care law, will that speed up the process?

I just heard Vinson did rule the ENTIRE bill unconstitutional. Obamacare is going down along with BO.. Half the country has sued the Federal government for the unconstitutionality of Obama's Death care bill, after today there will be more.
