How many people, of any religion, did Christians murder following the American army’s burning Bibles in 2009?

There is always excuse when Muslims do it. People who do those things do no represent everyone. However, when it is someone doing a cartoon of Mohammad or birn Koran or any such thing, entire community revolts. Go figure!
