Rate my Yugioh Deck 1-10?

As a fun-to-play kind of deck, 8/10. For competitive use, 3/10. In a tournament, you'd be destroyed. I'd add some Dark Bribes, Burden of the Mighty, Crush Card Virus, and some more basic defensive cards (Spirit Reaper, Marshmallon, Scrap Goblin, etc). I would also suggest adding the field spell card Mountain to increase your dragon's attack and defense. Also get rid of Hane-Hane and replace it with 2 more Penguin Soldiers. Future Fusion and a Five-Headed Dragon would work well too.
